- Advise Engineering teams on best CI/CD platform practices, self-service, and automation.
- Create, maintain, and improve automation and self-service to make the developer experience..
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation and self-service to make the developer share.
- Participate in the on-call schedule, with 12 hour US time zone shifts.
- BS/BA degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Experience and proficiency in one or more modern programming languages - Java J2EE or Python or golang
- Cloud Concepts and hands-on experience with Public Cloud Providers such as AWS
- Experience in DevOps Engineering, CI/CD, Terraform, and Jenkins Or CircleCI
- Experience maintaining large clusters using configuration tools such as Chef and SaltStack
- Engineer support and written communication skills
- Automate tasks and routines through tools and scripting, simplifying developer and operations workflows
- Experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience working with containers (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes, AmazonECR/ECS/EKS)
- UI and API development experience
